Not a successful week

IMG_4512I was feeling pretty low energy all week. Not 100% sure what was wrong with me, but I suspect maybe it was just that time of the month. Plus some work stress. It probably all got to me.

There was a real lack of effort on my part with the planning, packing and tracking. I also couldn’t drag myself out of bed to do any activity on Wednesday or Thursday.

And of course I suffered the consequences on my scale and felt massively disappointed in myself. Booooo. I have to remember that consistency is key if I really want to achieve real results. 

Anyway, I couldn’t sleep, so I got out of bed at 4 a.m. today, which was great for me because then I had time to organize my stuff; do some light yoga and jog 3.3 miles before work.

I have a pretty busy weekend ahead so I am glad that I was able to get some chores out of the way.

Work Outs This Week

Monday – 1 hour of yoga

Tuesday – Crossfit (Hang Power Cleans (55lbs), Burpees and Kipping Knees to Chest)

Wednesday – Nothing

Thursday – Nothing

Friday – 2 mile jog

Saturday – 30 minutes of yoga and 3.3 mile jog on the treadmill.
