Recent Work Outs

Tuesday, Nov. 12 — Yoga and then CrossFit (WOD mainly included: Split jerk, plate hops, lateral burpees over the barbell, push presses)

Wednesday, Nov. 13 — Short on time so I did a 2.3 mile jog/sprints and every time I stopped to take a break, I did 10 air squats. 

Thursday, Nov. 14 — Yoga and then CrossFit (WOD mainly included: Deadlifts, Knees to chest, wall balls, calories on the assault bike, and front plank hold on rings.)

Friday, Nov. 15 — 2.8 mile jog. (Short on time.)img_5019

Monday, Nov. 18 — CrossFit (Deadlifts and burpees). New 5 Rep Max is 150lbs.

Tuesday, Nov. 19 — Yoga and a 3.45 mile treadmill jog
